Flange Mast, 3m for SkyWind NG

In collaboration with our partners in mast construction, we have developed this flange mast for mounting wind turbines on various wall types. The mast is flanged to a flat structure (e.g. a wall, steel beam, or masonry) facing the prevailing wind direction in front of the building. To reduce vibrations, three special ROSTA brand decouplers are installed between the mast and the wall. When mounted normally, the mast extends approximately 2.50 m above the roofline.

Technical Specifications:

• Flange mount for flat roofs incl. 3m mast
• Mast: D=60.3 mm x 3.6 mm, L=3000 mm, S355J2
• Wall bracket: S235JR, 200x600x5 mm
• 3 holes D=10.5 mm for damper connections
• All steel parts hot-dip galvanized
• Complete with 3 ROSTA decouplers (Switzerland)
